Ordering & Payment

# For guidelines on how to get the measurements you need before ordering please go to the Size Guide page. It is important I receive the correct sizes as all sizes given are final.

Payments are made through PayPal. You pay online using a credit card, bank account, or PayPal balance (accepts multiple currencies) and you don't need to be a member to use this service it is quick, easy and secure (see Privacy for more information).

# Ordering is easy, simply click on an link complete the required information and send it. The opens in a separate window, so only need to click once, this enables you to order multiple items, carry on browsing and not lose any information.
# You will then receive a confirmation email with details or your order, postage costs and total amount to be paid. When your confirmation has been received you will then be sent an invoice via email.
# On receiving this click on the link to make the payment.
# You will be taken to the PayPal website to complete the transaction. PayPal account holders just need to sign in. For non-PayPal members it will take you through the following steps
1. Enter name and shipping address.
2. You'll be prompted for credit card details, email address, and phone number.
3. (Optional) After reviewing your information, you may choose to save your information by creating a PayPal account to make future transactions faster.
# Once this has been completed your order will be made and dispatched within the stated delivery times.

Delivery

# As each Item is made to order below is guide to delivery times depending on the item

Collars/Chokers/Watch 7-14 days
Corsets (both Standard and MtoM) 21-28 days
Cuffs 10-14 days
Skirts/Suspenders 14-21 days

# These times may vary depending on work load so please allow for the maximum time should you be planning an event. Contact me if you have any questions.

# All items are sent Royal Mail Recorded which will require a signature upon delivery, if you are out a card will be left for you to collect at your local delivery office. Delivery charges also vary depending on item. Below are prices for delivery within the UK

# Mort Douce cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed by incorrect information or declined credit cards.
#To prevent fraud I will only deliver to the address the credit/debit card is registered to. These details can be entered in the checkout area of the site.
#In a rare case where I am out of stock of materials delivery may be longer but you will be informed if this situation arises.

Returns

# CANCELLATIONS: If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of payment. After this time, your item will be in the process of production and cannot be retracted.

# All of my Items are made to your order, I am therefore unable to exchange them or accept returns unless they are faulty. I am unable to refund or exchange items that just don't fit so please check the sizing carefully. If in any doubt please ask, I am always happy to help.
# Every Item is inspected carefully before despatch to avoid any disappointment. Any faulty items must be reported within 14 days and on return to me will them be exchanged. Please note that we are unable to accept liability for any items being returned to us that are lost or damaged in transit

Privacy

CREDIT CARD SECURITY All Credit/Debit card payments go through Pay Pal and as a service provider, Pay Pal is required to comply with PCI DSS guidelines and has been fully compliant for a number of years. Due to this Mort Douce will never see/handle/store any of these details. Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).
